A girl's ability to learn is closely connected to her overall wellbeing. The Girl Child Foundation Uganda (GIFU) is seeking continued donor support to provide nutritious school meals for girls in rural Uganda who may face food insecurity at home.
When girls have access to food during the school day, they can have greater opportunity to remain energized and engaged in classroom activities. School meals can also provide important support to families whose financial resources are stretched by food and other essential household needs.
GIFU is working to mobilize donations that can help purchase food and sustain school feeding activities. We welcome individuals, organizations, and partners who want to contribute to a practical solution supporting girls' education.
Your donation can help connect three important elements: food, focus, and a girl's future. With continued support, GIFU can feed future leaders of tomorrow and help rural girls approach their education with greater confidence and hope.
