Dear Supporters,
Thank you for your continued support to our Marine Project. Working with our partners over the past few months we identified the alarming issues that illegal and overfishing is having on our ocean and after several discussions we felt that our focus needed to be amended to deal with the issue.
Up until now this project has worked with local communities to champion marine conservation and research and we have broken down the barriers to get locals into the water and training up in the conservation world and the results have been very successful due to the donations and support of you and the rest of the action change family.
As we begin 2021 we now are looking to fundraise vital funds so we can work with community groups and key influencers to run outreach programs and training programs to educate communities across Fiji and other Islands about the alarming issue of how fish stock is at a seriously low level.
We are very excited and ready to launch our project but the focus from today for the next 3 months will be actively fundraising so we can put our strategy in place.
