Over the past five years, our global fish populations have faced intense challenges. Bothpopulation numbers and species diversity have suffered, threatening the delicate balance of marine ecosystems.
Not only are fish populations at risk, but their habitats are also under immense pressure. illegal overfishing exacerbates the problem, contributing to environmental degradation.
Our project centres on training, equipping, and empowering local community members. By Involving them in monitoring efforts, we create a sustainable approach to preserving marine habitats. We actively combat illegal fishing and trade, which further strains fish populations. Through education and enforcement, we work toward sustainable practices.
