For children in rural Ugandan schools, attending school is only the beginning. They also need food to sustain them through the school day and basic learning materials to participate effectively in their lessons.
Some vulnerable children arrive at school without breakfast and may have no lunch. Others share or go without essential supplies such as exercise books, pens, pencils, rulers and school bags. These challenges can affect their ability to concentrate, complete assignments and participate confidently in class.
Good Cause Foundation Uganda is calling on donors, partners and friends around the world to help us respond to these needs by supporting school feeding and scholastic materials.
With your generosity, we can help provide breakfast and lunch while supplying children with essential educational materials. Your contribution can help a child begin the school day with food, continue learning with energy, and have the basic tools needed to follow lessons and complete their work.
No contribution is too small when we come together for children. A small donation can contribute toward a meal or a learning item, while larger gifts can help us reach more children throughout the school term.
Let us come together to keep children fed, equipped and learning. Give today and help a rural schoolchild move one step closer to a brighter future.
