One Child, One Future: Educate to Liberate

For many children from underprivileged and underserved communities, going to school is not enough. Without school fees, books, pens, uniforms, and reliable meals, many children struggle to attend regularly, concentrate in class, and remain in school until they complete their education.

Good Cause Foundation's project is committed to helping vulnerable children overcome these barriers by providing school fees, scholastic materials, and school lunch. The project will support children joining secondary school and continue supporting them throughout the six years of secondary education. It will also assist young people entering tertiary institutions for practical skills development and certification.

Objectives of the Project

To increase access to education by supporting vulnerable children with school fees and reducing financial barriers that prevent them from enrolling and continuing in school.

To provide essential scholastic materials such as books, pens, pencils, mathematical sets, school bags and other learning requirements so that children can participate effectively in their education.

To improve school attendance, retention and completion by helping children remain in school throughout secondary education instead of dropping out because of poverty.

To provide school lunch to vulnerable learners, helping reduce hunger during school hours and enabling children to concentrate better on their studies.

To support access to tertiary education and skills training for young people who need practical skills and certification to improve their future employment and livelihood opportunities.

To create opportunities for children to build a better future through sustained educational support from secondary school through tertiary-level skilling.
