One Child, One Future: Educate to Liberate

Education becomes more meaningful when children have the basic resources and support they need to participate.

Thanks to our GlobalGiving donors, Good Cause Foundation Uganda has been able to support vulnerable learners and schools with educational materials and school-based activities that contribute to a more supportive learning environment.

Our work has focused on practical support—getting resources to schools, engaging learners directly and creating opportunities for educational interaction through workshops and community activities.

We are encouraged by the positive response from students and schools. The joy on children's faces when they receive learning materials reminds us why this work matters.

Key areas of impact include:

Educational Materials:
We have provided books, pens and other learning resources to children and schools where these materials are needed.

School Support:
We have worked directly with vulnerable schools to understand and respond to educational needs.

Educational Engagement:
Our activities and workshops have created opportunities for students, teachers and communities to engage around education and learning.

Partnership:
The support of donors, volunteers and partners has strengthened our ability to reach communities and continue our work.

Our educational workshops and engagements have also allowed us to connect directly with learners and communities, listen to their experiences and support their educational journey.
