Empowering Young Leaders Across the Globe

The OML project has made significant strides in empowering young leaders across Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions. With a focus on driving sustainable development and community-driven action, the project has achieved impressive growth and impact.

Key Highlights:-

-Engaged 18 fellows and 584 champions in 2023, supporting 12 impactful community projects.
- Achieved substantial scaling in 2024, with 97 fellows and 1,450 champions driving 34 community projects.
- Projects aligned with various Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), demonstrating the fellows' dedication to creating meaningful change.
- Directly impacted over 19,000 individuals and indirectly benefited 43,000+ in 2024.

Regional Success Stories:-

- OMLAS empowered 97 fellows and 1,450 champions driving 34 community projects, reaching a total of 1,547 participants

 - MENA: The OML MENA Fellowship 2024 cohort showcased the power of youth leadership, innovation, and community-driven action, tackling issues such as gender equality, education, and environmental sustainability.
- Latin America: Established the first OMLATAM Alumni Committee and launched the first month of Cohort 1 with 9 live sessions.
- Africa: Empowered 1992 young leaders from 40 African countries to execute 65 community-change projects through the One Million Leaders Africa (OMLA) Fellowship Program.

The OML project's success demonstrates the impact of empowering young leaders to drive sustainable development and community-driven action. As the project continues to grow and expand, it is poised to make an even greater difference in the lives of individuals and communities around the world.
