Banchee our bush baby is doing great and takes his job as animal ambassador very seriously. Although he sleeps during the day, he likes to “cry” at night so the children can hear the fascinating sound he makes! They always find this loud noise very funny as it sounds similar to a baby crying.
He has had a change to his diet and now eats more insects to keep him extra healthy.
Tic and Tac, the two lesser bush babies we found abandoned, are growing up fast. They are now let free at night and have started to explore parts of the bush. At some point soon we hope to release them into the wild.
Banchee, Tic and Tac are so grateful for your continued support!
Best wishes,
The DAKTARI team
