In response to the unprecedented floods of 2025, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan has mounted a comprehensive relief and rescue operation across the hardest-hit districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK). With thousands of families displaced and communities cut off from essential resources, Alkhidmat’s teams have been working tirelessly to meet both immediate and long-term humanitarian needs. To date, more than 10,000 hot meals have been served to vulnerable families, while 5,000 food packs containing essential staples have been distributed to restore food security and dignity among survivors. At the same time, recognizing the urgent healthcare crisis, Alkhidmat has established 500 medical camps and deployed multiple Mobile Health Units, extending lifesaving medical care, emergency treatment, and essential medicines to flood-affected populations. Beyond food and health interventions, Alkhidmat has mobilized heavy machinery to clear rubble, reopen blocked roads, and restore access to cut-off areas, thereby enabling the continuation of relief work and the safe movement of affected communities. This integrated response underscores Alkhidmat’s unwavering commitment to saving lives, alleviating suffering, and supporting recovery—not only by addressing urgent humanitarian needs but also by laying the groundwork for sustainable rehabilitation across KPK.
