Acute Food Shortage in Sujawal and Badin districts rural areas due to water shortage
AHD working in 236 villages to help poor farmers and rural families in crops, food, medical health and agriculture sectors, during last 6 months AHD team observed in some 200 rural villages there is acute water shortage and food shortage due to unavailability of irrigation water for rice crops cultivation and other crops sown earlier in Rabi season.
AHD helping farmers to promote SMART AGRICULTURE and adopt water resistant varieties for their better livelihood in this regard some 40 farmers started multiple cropping to secure their food security for their families.
AHD looking to enhance this project activities in more villages to help poor farmers on large scale
