During the crisis, our Drama Team played a vital role in bringing joy and hope to displaced children living in shelters. Recognizing the immense emotional challenges faced by these families, we prioritized providing psychosocial support to address fear, trauma, and hopelessness. Through skits, clowning, and interactive activities, the team engaged children in a way that helped them process difficult emotions, learn practical tools for managing their feelings, and discover peace and comfort. This initiative impacted 76 children, offering them a much-needed escape from their harsh realities. In such a difficult time, the Drama Team’s efforts helped the children feel valued, seen, and supported.
