Dear DONOR,

This is an update on the condition of putting up a shelter for the 100 children you have been supporting with your generous contributions of $ 397.27 to date.

Discussions are in progress, with officials of the Mining Department, Government of India, to buy a bungalow, which was used by the British mining officers, when the gold mining work was in progress. We are in the process of collecting information on the availability and suitability of such places. The alternate currently being looked at is to buy land and construct a shelter on planned lines to suit the requirements of the children.

In this context I am happy to share with you that we have been able to acquire a small piece of land measuring 2400 sft in Kolar Gold Fields where most of special children live.  The land was registered in Balajothi’s name on Sep 9, 2024.  We are very very happy we have taken the first step in our dream of 20 years for a home for children. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your contribution which has made it possible in this momentous journey.

We thank YOU, DONOR, for your generous support to this noble project of providing shelter to the orphaned underprivileged children. We have a long way to go to fulfill this dream and we hope to reach our destination at the earliest with your continued support.
