Happy New Year from Peruvian Hearts!
As we begin our 22nd year of operation, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support. The achievements highlighted in this report would not have been possible without your generosity.
Since our last update, Carlota earned her Bachelor’s degree in Tourism from Andina University and Nikole (Mathematics), Rossmery (Accounting), and Helen (Economics) defended their theses. We are incredibly proud of their perseverance and commitment to achieving their goals and making a positive impact in their communities. Additionally, we are thrilled to have welcomed five new scholars into the Peruvian Hearts family since October: Sheyla (Communications), Esdenka (Psychology), Sandra (Administration), Tatiana (Psychology), and Rosa Maria (Accounting). Each brings unique aspirations and determination, and we are excited to support them on their academic and personal journeys.
Your steadfast support has enabled Peruvian Hearts to expand our program and identify new growth opportunities. We are proud to share that two of our alumni have joined the PH Peru team! Jessica, who graduated last year with a degree in Economics, joined our PH team in Cusco as our Academic Advisor. As a PH alumna, Jessica brings invaluable insights and serves as a role model for current scholars. Rossmery, who recently defended her thesis, just joined our PH team in Cusco as a full-time accountant. In October, we brought onboard Demeaus as our Development Coordinator to support our team in the U.S. Demeaus is focused on helping to modernize and optimize operations to sustain our ongoing growth.
The success of our PH scholars and the expansion of our Peruvian Hearts team are entirely thanks to your generosity. Your support allows us to reach more scholars, provide greater resources, and continue making a difference in countless lives. Thank you for being an integral part of our PH family and for believing in the potential of so many young women in Peru.
