We are very grateful for your support of the Tree planting project. This has been a very succesful cause and many organisations have benefited from trees being planted, at schools, churches , creches and orphanages.
Now we have passed on the reponsibility to the various Dioceses. For instance Bishop Taaso in Lesotho has asked each candidate for confirmation to plant a tree!! Over the year they would be planting some 5000 trees!
The Anglican students have also taken up the challenge and mobilised a large tree plant! they even got mentioned in the local paper!
As we will no longer be featuring this project on global giving, perhaps you would like to continue supporting the work of Fikelela with the orphan program at the Fikelela Childrens Centre or the Child abuse programme - Jerry Giraffe.
Many thanks for your support!
