Greetings from Seva Mandir!
We are happy to share an update about a recent training and orientation program organized by Seva Mandir on 8th May 2026 at Dr. MS Mehta Rural Training Institute, Kaya, Udaipur. Around 20 participants, including block engineers and forestry in-charges, took part in the session focused on plantation and environmental conservation work.
The training covered better plantation practices, protection of saplings, and soil and water conservation measures. Participants also discussed the impact of climate change and how plantation activities can help restore the environment and absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
The session was facilitated by Mr. Pradyot Porwal, CEO of Medious Earth Pvt. Ltd., who introduced a mobile-based digital portal for tracking plantation activities, maps, photographs, and progress updates from villages.
