Plant 40,000 Trees In Northern Rwanda

Dear Patrons,

It is our honor and pleasure to have you as partners, supporters, and donors. On behalf of Rwandan Youth Development and Voluntary Organization, I am very happy to take this opportunity to thank you very much for all the support that you have provided so far for our Rwanda forestation project.

In this report, I wish to share with you the ongoing activities on the planted trees. This time we are busy doing several activities such as pruning the area properly in order to keep the trees healthy and strong, we are also removing unwanted small trees, and also as soil compaction prevents water and oxygen from infiltrating the tree’s roots, we are making sure that the soil is not compacted. We are doing mulch about 6 inches from the base of your tree so that we cannot damage our tree roots. To keep doing this and to make sure that our trees are growing well and maintenance is done regularly, we need small regular maintenance funds.

We request you to donate generously to our project so that we can keep working and achieve our goals. You could also consider doing a monthly recurring donation for our project, which will help us with our ongoing work.  The link for the monthly recurring donation is mentioned below in the report.

Note: In this report, we are sharing photos, showing trees where maintenance has been completed and others still waiting for maintenance. I would also like to share with you that on 3 lands and our five, maintenance has been completed.
