Plant 40,000 Trees In Northern Rwanda

Dear Patrons,

Happy New Year 2025 !

We would like to sincerely thank you for all the support you have provided so far for our Rwanda forestation project. This year was ended with over 30,000 trees successfully planted and now growing well!

We are pleased to share that the germination process of the 25,000 saplings we plan to plant in April 2025 has gone exceptionally well. The seeds have sprouted, and the saplings are growing strong and healthy. This positive development brings us closer to our goal, and we are excited about the upcoming planting season during the heavy rains in Rwanda.

The Rwandan Youth Development and Voluntary Organization is actively preparing these 25,000 saplings at a location in Rwanda: 72PG +VXG (Google Plus code), in the area called Buyoga (see attached photos).

We plan to plant these 25,000 trees in early April 2025. To make this a success, we will need ongoing funds to cover regular activities such as land preparation, organic fertilizers, transportation, and tree planting. The trees' maintenance will require careful attention and supervision to ensure they grow well.
