Getting kids into school in remote communities in Kenya, where children do not typically attend school, is not easy. However, month by month, year by year, Kidspire has seen success as we established five new classrooms, each with 20 learners. Attendance remains consistent, and the community is now lining up to enroll their children in school. We are particularly pleased with this result, especially knowing that this community has never had a school and that three generations of family members have never attended school. For all members of the community, their 5 to 7-year-old children are the first members of their families to attend school.
As we look ahead to the new school year in January 2026, it is time to build two new classrooms. Construction is underway!
Thank you for helping make it possible for us to provide access to education for children in Kanampio Village, a remote location in Laikipia County, Kenya.
Sincerely,
Tad
