Despite the challenging political situation in the country, the National Trust of Georgia (NTG) has continued its efforts to protect and preserve Georgia's cultural heritage monuments while increasing public engagement in the field.
By the end of the first quarter of 2025, the NTG successfully concluded a project launched with the support of European Heritage hub, Europa Nostra and co-funded by the European Union. The project aimed to establish a cultural heritage hub in the South Caucasus region.
With the support of the British Embassy, the NTG organised a contest "My Heritage" for the third time. Aimed to introduce and promote individuals who share a passion for heritage and feel the need for its preservation and dissemination to the broader public.
In addition to the completed projects, members of the NTG concurrently attended international exhibitions and training courses, as well as local events dedicated to supporting and safeguarding the country's European values.
