Around the world, 1 in 5 children under the age of five, die each year. Most of these deaths happen in Africa and many of these deaths could be prevented by vaccinations. Lack of delivery to remote areas and lack of information are major reasons why children don’t receive these vaccines.
The Ouelessebougou Alliance partners with over 120 villages in the Ouelessebougou region of Mali, West Africa and the Malian government to not only deliver the vaccination to these rural areas, but to provide information on their effectiveness and why everyone should be vaccinated. Education combined with the service will make a difference for generations to come!
A $5 donation fully covers three rounds of vaccinations for one child, which protects agaisnt nine life threatening diseases! With your support, the Alliance can continue to provide this life saving service.
Our goal is to ensure that 95% of children in the region are fully vaccinated!
Your support literally saves lives! Thank you! Iniche!
