Dear Supporter,
We are seeing the funds for the project coming in slowly but surely and are excited about what lies ahead. GVI's Team in Fiji have been working in the Tailevu District of Viti Levu on a variety of community support projects. One of the village project sites has been specifically identified as being a appropriate place to run a spay and neutering clinic for the benefit of the dogs of three surrounding villages. The Trust is actively fundraising to enable the purchase of the equipment and disposables needed and for the transport and logistics involved with mobilising a small veterinary team from Nadi. All donations will go directly towards facilitating this remote temporary clinic which will greatly improve the ongoing health and sustainability of a large population of village dogs, many of which are currently malnourished due to the ever growing population.
Thank you for your support so far!
Kind Regards
Dan Lund
Fiji Country Director
