This month, our students explored math through a fun, hands-on project about measurements. To bring learning to life and add a Freirean approach to education, we made homemade pizzas together! The children applied everything they learned — calculating proportions, weighing ingredients, and preparing their own recipes — before proudly sharing their delicious creations with teachers and families.
We’re also thrilled to share that we’ll soon receive a wonderful donation of ukuleles, which we plan to gift to the children as special end-of-year presents. Music is such a powerful tool for creativity and joy, and we can’t wait to see their faces when they receive them!
As we approach the end of the school year, we kindly ask for your support to help us fund our closing celebrations in each center. Your contribution will allow us to organize a special snack and meaningful activities for all the children who’ve worked so hard this year.
Together, we can make their year-end truly memorable — thank you for being part of this journey!
