Provide Education for 300 Children in Argentina

Dear friends, 

As the new school year begins in Argentina, we would like to share an important update from our Educational Support Program, which currently reaches more than 300 children between the ages of 5 and 13 in low-resource communities across the country. 

Many of the children we support arrive at our learning centers carrying not only academic gaps, but also material needs that directly impact their ability to attend school with confidence and motivation. 

As part of our Back to School efforts, this year we are focusing on something simple, yet essential: providing proper shoes and socks for our students. 

For many families, buying new sneakers and socks at the start of the school year is not possible. Some children attend class with worn-out shoes, shoes that don’t fit properly, or no adequate footwear at all. This affects their comfort, health, self-esteem, and even school attendance. 

Our goal is to ensure that every child we support can return to school with: 

• A pair of comfortable, durable sneakers 

• New socks, appropriate for daily school use 

These items may seem small, but they make a meaningful difference. Proper footwear allows children to focus on learning, participate fully in activities, and feel included—without embarrassment or discomfort.
