Background
In the last project report, we highlighted that we reached our initial funding goal of USD 10,000 in February 2021. We then decided to raise the target to be able to support more villagers to become self-sustaining entrepreneurs. We are now putting in efforts to maintain a positive development in the remaining parts of 2021 and going into 2022.
Impact assessment
To enable good monitoring and support for the villagers, we conduct impact assessment surveys. The impact assessments are prepared together with the full coaching team for the project to make it as accurate as possible. These include questions to enhance the understanding of overall performance, income generation, strengths and weaknesses, and what efforts that have been made to solve potential issues. This information can then be used by the coaching team and the entrepreneurs to support in the journey towards becoming self-sustaining businesses.
