Elderly people had a good as well as bad time during the last three months. They celebrated two biggest festivals Dashan and Deepawali. During Dashain festivals their nearest relatives came to meet them and have Tika and Jamara and blessing from them.
During Deepawali they lit candle and worshipped Laxmi the Goddess of wealth. They prayed to Almighty God for peace and prosperity for all.
Two week ago they lost one of their old friends. She passed away at the age of 92. Now a days they have been praying for her departed rest in peace in heaven. We would like to express our deep sympathy and grief to all the bereaved families and relatives and pray to God for her departed soul rest in peace in Heaven.
The elderly people spend most of their time praying to God in the prayer Hall. Recently they have received a small radio from us. They enjoy listening to different radio programs.
Now winter is approaching. They need warm clothes to wear to keep they warm. We would like to request to share our fund raising program among your network, family and friends and to achieve our fund raising goal.
