Summary

Many elderly women who have been abandoned by their families are living in poor conditions without regular food. This project will provide monthly food packs for 32 elderly women who have no income or family care. Each pack will contain rice, beans, oil, salt, and other basic items for healthy meals. The food will be delivered to them at home or at a central safe location. Regular support will help them eat well, feel cared for, and live with dignity.

Challenge

Many elderly women have been left behind by their children or have no family to care for them. They live alone, with no income, and often go days without proper food or help. Some are sick, too weak to cook or fetch food from markets. Without regular meals, their health gets worse and they feel neglected. These women need basic food items and care to survive and stay strong.

Solution

The project will provide monthly food packs to 32 elderly women who are most in need. Each pack includes rice, beans, oil, salt, and small extras to prepare local meals. Volunteers or staff will deliver the food to their homes or meeting spots. This removes the burden of going out to beg or struggle at the market. They will eat regularly, feel less lonely, and be able to rest and recover.

Long-Term Impact

With steady food support, these elderly women will regain energy and stay healthier. They will face fewer health problems caused by hunger and weakness. The project will also reduce the risk of early death from starvation or neglect. It can help spark more care for older people who are often forgotten in aid plans. Their lives will be more peaceful, showing others that they still matter and deserve help.
