Respectable Friend Namaste!
It has been seen that we often ignore our own society especially the slum area people and they are those who desperately need our help. These are people living in slums; the children of these poor people living on the roadside are also a part of society. But they are seen with hatred and they are always not seen by anyone. When the whole city is busy in a celebration or festival, then these innocent children are engaged in search of a meal.
This year, the festival of lights known as DIWALI brought smiles on the faces of these poor children. This Diwali proved to be memorable for the poor child and this was all possible due to GG, a joint Diwali festival created by Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan. RSKS celebrated Diwali festival by marking the six slum areas of the slum region in which more than 300 poor children were benefitted by the distribution of new dress, sweets, chocolates, crackers, etc. On which the faces of all the children blossomed, during the program itself, all the children started showing their new dress, mehndi and excitement to each other. This time, the children started dancing with fire lights, pomegranate rockets, firecrackers, firecrackers, etc. All the children fed sweets to each other on the occasion of Diwali and greeted Diwali. RSKS staff also wished Diwali to all the children.
The childdren spoke to the staff of RSKS, they told that they had never worn a new dress and never fired firecrackers on Diwali. He was always happy to see other children running firecrackers. Today, with the support of GlobalGiving and RSKS, the dream of all children was fulfilled. Children celebrated the Diwali festival and wished all donors a Happy Diwali. Children gave thanks to RSKS and GG for this memorable Diwali.
The support and contribution of GlobalGiving Foundation in the project “Provide Gift & food to 700 Street Children” is commendable! And the contribution of Donors deserves praise together.
Thanks for your Valuable support.
