Christmas Celebration with Innocent Street Kids!!

RSKS India Family wishes you a "Happy Holiday's" !!

It is usually seen that the children living at slum/street do not celebrate the festivals as they even do not know about it and if some children know about the festivals then they do not have proper resources to celebrate the festivals. Festival not only brings joy to a child's life, it also gives a hope to a child that everything is fine one day. Festivals are very important for a slum/street child as it will make them feel joy and will bring happiness on their face. These children are usually busy in collecting garbage to earn some penny which they have to give to their parents so that daily needs of the family could be met. One day of any festival celebration could bring a very huge smile on the face of these children.

Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan team members while keeping all this in mind, organized a Christmas Celebration Program with the slum and street children. In this program, the importance of Christmas was told to children and also how important Santa is for the children was taught to slum and street children in an innovative way. The Santa Claus (One Elder Child Of Slum/Street) gave many gifts like balloons, soft toys, teddy bears, reindeer hair bands, Santa hair bands etc. to the slum and street children and also gave many delicious things to eat like cream rolls, swiss rolls, pastries, chocolate, fan, cake etc. Also a cake cutting ceremony was also organized in which all the slum and street children gathered and the Santa Claus cut the cake and gave cake pieces to everyone. This whole celebration program was being organized by the RSKS Team members.

Through this Christmas Celebration Program of RSKS India, many children got a very big smile on their face. Their faces were blooming like flowers as they were celebrating Christmas for the first time. The importance of Christmas and the Santa Claus was being understood by the children as the Santa gave every child a gift and a smile. All the slum and street children were very happy while eating the delicious food items like cream rolls, swiss rolls, pastries, chocolate, fan, cake etc. The children had their soft toys to play with and which they will make their partner for the story tales. Along with this the blossoming face of the children gave a positive energy to everyone who was watching the whole program as they need of celebration of Christmas festival among the slum/street children was easily seen. All the slum children and their parents thanked the whole RSKS Team from bottom of their heart and they also wished MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE.
