It is seen that the children living at the slum or street do not have proper clothes to wear. They roam daily with their tore dress and do work at shops, collecting garbage, selling tea etc. They have to do work in order to survive and their parents are also very poor so they teach their children to earn from childhood so that they will understand how to survive in this world. Their tore dresses are not able to protect them from this harsh winter and they fall sick often because of not wearing proper winter clothes. These children have so many difficulties earlier and because of not having proper winter cloths, more difficulties are added to their life.
In this context, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan came forward and organized a Warm Tracksuit, Woolen Cap, Warm Hand Gloves & Delicious Food Packets Distribution Program with the support of donors. In this program, the slum and street children were gathered and then awareness about their health & education was given to them and then they were told to maintain social distancing and then Warm Tracksuit, Woolen Cap, Warm Hand Gloves & Delicious Food Packets Distribution Program was done. All the children took the winter clothes and went to wear the dress and then when they came back they were given delicious food packets which contained cream rolls, swiss rolls, chocolates, muffins etc. Then the importance of wearing proper winter clothes in this harsh winter was told to everyone at the slum and street. Through this program more than 600 slum and street children living at various different slum and street got the winter dress as well as the delicious food.
This Warm Tracksuit, Woolen Cap, Warm Hand Gloves & Delicious Food Packets Distribution Program of Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan not only provided winter clothes and delicious food, it provided these children safety from the harsh winter, it provided them a healthy & delicious food to eat, it provided them a sense of belongingness. More than 600 slum and street children were very happy and were dancing and singing after getting new winter warm wears and the delicious food. All the slum and street children got awareness on health & education and now they and their parents will also look after their health & education more precisely. The parents of these children and the children itself thanked the RSKS India and donors through which this program got successful and they got protection from the harsh winter
