Dear Patron Namaste!

From time to time we see the impact stories from ground through our feedback forms. One of these wonderful story is shared with you through this report.

A Story of CHINKI.........!!

My name is Chinki (Name Changed), and I am 10 years old. I live in a slum near Pushkar, where life can be challenging, especially for us children. Every year during Diwali, I see the bright lights and colorful decorations in the city, and I dream of celebrating the festival of lights just like other children in the urban areas. But my family doesn't have much money, so celebrating Diwali the way others do has always been a distant wish for me.

This year, everything changed for the better when Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan (RSKS India) came to our slum and decided to celebrate Diwali with us. I was so excited when I heard the news! It was the first time that someone was coming to make Diwali special for us, and I couldn't wait to see what they had planned.

On the day of Diwali, RSKS brought so many wonderful things for us to celebrate the festival. They gave us beautiful new dresses, which made me feel like a princess! I chose a pink dress with gold embroidery—it was so lovely, and I felt so proud wearing it. All the other children were also dressed in bright, colorful clothes, and we looked like one big, happy family.

RSKS also provided us with lots of sweets, which we shared with our friends and family. The taste of the traditional Indian sweets was amazing, and it made our celebration even more special. We laughed and enjoyed the delicious treats together.

One of the most exciting parts of the day was when they gave us firecrackers and candles. My friends and I couldn't believe our luck! We lit up the candles and placed them around our homes, creating a magical, glowing atmosphere. We also had so much fun with the firecrackers. The loud noises and colorful lights filled the night sky, making it a Diwali to remember.

Throughout the day, we sang songs, danced, and celebrated with our community. It felt like a dream come true, and I couldn't stop smiling. The joy and happiness that RSKS brought to us were beyond anything I could have imagined. I am so grateful to RSKS for giving us the chance to experience Diwali in such a wonderful way. They made us feel like we were a part of the festival, just like any other child in the city. This Diwali will always hold a special place in my heart because of them. My friends and I want to thank RSKS from the bottom of our hearts for making our Diwali dreams come true.
