Happy Street Kids with Gift & food !!

We have been getting your valuable generous support through GlobalGiving and we are thankful to you from the core of our heart.

Children from nomad community reside at the roadside and slums are often seen begging at many places, but no one help them. In such circumstances, these nomadic children manage meal by begging. The society hates and disdain them which forces these children to get involved in immoral activities. It is very often that these children get attracted towards intoxication and meet their requirements of addiction by the money which they get from begging.

To bring some changes in the life of such nomadic children, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation, organized a program. We provided food packets to such 21 poor nomadic children who roam in the slums of Madar in the city. The food packets had rule, pastries, paties, cake, chocholate, kurkure, biscuits and those children enjoyed these stuffs. They told that they had never had such delicious stuffs before then. Our activists advised them to give up immoral activities and addiction and inform them about the harmful effects of such activites and diseases which we can suffer from addiction. All children swore not to get intoxicated and involved in immoral activities anymore.

During the program, a sports activity was also organized in which the children participated enthusiastically. They played several entertaining games as kho-kho, kabaddi, chair race, etc. which brought them positive energy. Some of the children showed their happiness by dancing and singing. The best amongst them was awarded and motivated all. Our activists had conversation with the families of all children about their education. They promoted them to send their children to government school for study where they learn and may have a bright future. All families were agreed by the activists and decided to send their childred to schools from the next session. All families thanked Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan along with GlobalGiving Foundation and the donors.
