Sophie has been communicating via email with Pathways for some time. She and her daughter Talia have been suffering with abuse in Israel and she has been desperate to get back home to the USA.
She faced so many obstacles to leaving. Over a few months a Pathways' advocate helped Sophie devise a safety and escape plan. Just before the holidays, Sophie was able to make it home safely with Talia.
