Hi
Thank you for being a life changer, today one of the families with children living with HIV has benefited from the poultry programme aimed at boosting the income of families to enable them be self sustainable, to us its o e family at a time, the English saying that goes "one by one makes a bundle" is coming to reality here, every coin that drops in makes an impact and we are now planning to raise $5000 next week on Giving Tuesday to enable us extend more support to 500 households in our communities.
Every beneficary household goes through continuous assessments to ensure they do not lose track, they have also been enrolled in village Savings associations where they are now saving for investment.
We are looking for 50 people who can give each $100 to support 500 households.
Here is a testimony from one of the beneficiaries,we supported Jane with 4 bags of charcoal to enable her earn some income, Jane says she can now save in her 2 associations and her aim is to build a house, she has also diversified her income by starting up a boutique and a pan cake making business, the pancake business is to enable her and her children go for anti retroviral therapy in the heath facility, her immunity is boosted, she feeds herself well, see what can happen to a family once they are supported to start up something
