"For me, Nor Luyce was one of the biggest motivations to bring changes in me. In the mentoring phase, I began to get to know myself by working with my mentor, and in the skills phase, I began to acquire skills that I will need throughout my life. I gained new friends and knowledge. Based on my experience, I can say that all teenage girls need to attend Nor Luyce." - Ani, one of our mentees expressed her point of view.
The previous quarter stands out as one of the most fulfilling and captivating periods for us. It marked the formation of new mentor-mentee pairs, and over three months, they realized 1164 hours of incredible meetings. These sessions were instrumental in mutual discovery, goal setting, and conducting effective work together.
Moreover, Nor Luyce provided mentors and mentees with 82 hours of group meetings. Here, mentees explored facets like self-esteem, strategies to overcome fears, and identification of strengths and weaknesses, among other essential aspects.
Concurrently, ongoing workshops empowered mentors, enriching their professional knowledge and skills to better support mentees. Topics ranged from nuances of self-care to graphology and neurosis, some led by respected international experts.
During this period we also hosted three distinguished guests who shared invaluable motivation with our mentees. Skills-Building phase mentees honed their abilities in teamwork, time management, memory enhancement, and various other critical areas.
Additionally, our success extended beyond these interactions. We actively engaged in cooperative ventures, international meetings, and expos, significantly enhancing Nor Luyce's visibility and reputation across diverse platforms.
