MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF UNDERPRIVILEGED

Providing shelter, education, clean water and caring for orphans is our program and priority for now and beyond. Our objective is to enable them to become self-sufficient and leaders, businesspeople and parents of tomorrow. We are committed to serve and bring hope to the underprivileged ones: https://www.facebook.com/238561311217/photos/a.10150191650251218.313510.238561311217/10153443089511218/?type=3&theater Accomplishments:

For the last 6 months, the following have been accomplished:

Providing education to the 500 underprivileged children continues and we are about to finish the school 2015-2016.

With the help of Heart of Africa, we roofed an orphan home that will be able to accommodate and care for 80 orphans, boys and girls. To finish the construction of the above mentioned orphan home and how you can help, please click on the following link: https://www.facebook.com/238561311217/photos/a.10150191650251218.313510.238561311217/10153245140361218/?type=3

 Installing solar panel plates:

With the help of TEN for ONE Organization and MIRACLE MISSION, since June 26, 2016, there is a solar system light at Iwacu Kazoza School and the Orphanage. Students, staff and surrounding Community are all excited about that.

Our plan and goal is to have 10 KW solar system that will be able to provide enough power/electricity to Imuhira Iwacu Village. ImuhiraIwacu Village will be made by the orphanage, Primary and secondary school, Community Building, Health Center and Medical College. This is being done in phases.

Digging a WELL:

After trying to dig  a well in two different places at the orphanage and Iwacu Kazoza School,  practically, we realized that we could not success due to the following  reasons: 1.    After we tried to dig the well  manually in two places, up to 10 meters each  (32 feet),   the diggers hit a rocky area that could not allow them to continue 2.    From the study that has been made by a drilling wells company, good  and plenty water can be only found  between 100  and 120 meters (328 and 393 feet). 3.    Hand /manually digging can not dig more than 20 meters deep. 4.    The only possibility to dig a well that will provide good and plenty water at the orphanage and Iwacu Kazoza School, we will need to hire the above mentioned company. This will cost us $19,461  in addition to our previous budget. This cost does not include building water tank that will take water to the orphanage in the kitchen, showers , toilets and plantation/gardens belonging to the Orphanage and Iwacu Kazoza School. 5.    As it was stated in our previous budget, after water becomes available, we will need to build a water tank to provide water in the showers and toilets of the orphanage, etc.

This well  is very important to the Orphanage and Iwacu Kazoza school in two way: (1) to supply clean water to the orphanage and Iwacu Kazoa School and (2) to generate funds to support the orphanage and Iwacu Kazoa School.

Challenge:

During the school year 2015-2016, we were not able to raise enough funds to pay teachers’ salaries. Your donations will help us finish the school year 2015-2016 without owing money for teachers’ salaries.

Serving requires Commitment and Commitment requires courage and patience; Patience and courage never fail and are shown by the End. What is not possible today, should not be a subject of discouragement or failure; it only requires more actions, patience and courage; knowing that there is a wonderful joy ahead.

Thank you for your generosity,

Prosper Ndabishuriye
