Project Progress Report: Pure Drinking Water for 10 VillagesThe Reality on the Ground

Every single day in rural Sindh, families face a basic challenge that no one should have to endure: access to clean, safe drinking water. For many women and children, hours are spent walking under the harsh sun just to collect water that is often unsafe to drink, leading to preventable waterborne illnesses and missed school days.

Through our project, Pure Drinking Water for 10 Villages, Al Mehran Research and Development Foundation (AMRDF) set out with a clear, life-changing mission—to bring safe, clean water points directly to 10 vulnerable communities.

Where We Stand: A Micro-Goal Within Reach

Our total estimated budget to transform all 10 villages is $42,530. To date, thanks to the generosity of our early supporters, we have raised $752.

While $752 represents a promising start, we want to share a crucial breakthrough: It costs just $4,253 to fully complete a drinking water setup for one entire village.

This means we do not need to wait to raise the full $42,000 before making an immediate impact. We are currently $3,501 away from fully funding and securing pure drinking water for our first target village. Completing this first village will immediately change hundreds of lives and serve as a working model to inspire support for the remaining nine.

Why Your Support is Needed Urgently Today

Clean water isn't a luxury; it is an urgent daily necessity. Every day of delay means another day families must rely on contaminated sources.

How your donation makes a direct impact right now:

  • $25 – $50: Covers essential filtration supplies and pipe fittings.

  • $100 – $250: Funds core drilling, hand pump installations, or water storage unit components.

  • $500+: Directly covers a major portion of the infrastructure required to cross the finish line for Village #1.

Join Us in Bringing Hope and Health

We are working tirelessly on the ground to execute this project efficiently and transparently. With your immediate support, we can reach our immediate $4,253 milestone for the first village, turn on the taps, and deliver clean, life-saving water to children and families who need it most.

Thank you for standing with the rural communities of Sindh. Together, we can solve this one village at a time.
