We launched a website on queer workers' rights called "Rainbow at Work(www.rainbowatwork.org)."
The website features resources on LGBTQ+ people's labor rights and diversity, equity, and inclusion of LGBTQ+ identity in the workplace. It also contains interviews of LGBTQ+ workers having a variety of jobs and working in diverse places. By documenting and showcasing stories of queer workers, we'd like to contribute to the increased visibility of queer workers in every corner of the workplace. Further, through the website, visitors are able to learn who to apply for training programs/guest lectures focusing on LGBTQ+ labor rights and DE&I.
We will utilize this website as an online archive of resources and activities on LGBTQ+ labor rights, as well as a platform for campaigning around them. We look forward to your continuous interest and support for our activities.
