Since our last update, Ramadan Blessings: Food, Hope & Support continued to stand with vulnerable families across Lebanon during a time of deep economic hardship. Through food packages and warm Iftar meals, the project helped families who were struggling to secure even the most basic daily meals, allowing them to observe Ramadan with dignity and a sense of relief.
During this period, children, elderly individuals, and displaced families received essential food support that eased daily hunger and reduced the emotional stress caused by uncertainty and rising food prices. For many households, knowing that a meal was available brought comfort, stability, and a brief moment of peace during an otherwise difficult month.
One widowed mother shared that the food assistance lifted a heavy burden from her heart, as she no longer had to worry each day about how to feed her children. Despite ongoing challenges related to costs and access, the project remains committed to continuing this support and standing beside families as they work to rebuild their lives.
