Ration for 1000 families of person with disability

We are thankful to you for being a well-wisher of NOWPDP. With your support, we were able to recently conduct a ration camp at Rawalpindi. Through this report, I am also conveying the gratitude of our beneficiaries. I have picked brief stories of the individuals who we met in the camp who specifically asked us to give you, their regards.

“I sell barbeque in a kiosk near my home. It makes me so happy when someone introduces my street with the name of my kiosk. I try but I don’t earn much to support my family, so I am grateful to the donors who supported us in these difficult times”, Wazir

“I like growing my hair. Currently, I am thinking of a hairstyle that I might choose once it grows full length. I am learning graphic design and thinking to start my freelance graphic design career soon. I am sure I will have a better future.”, Zia

“Necessity leads you to do anything. In my case, it introduced me to start my own small business. After being confined to my home for years, I finally stepped out one day and started my own kiosk. The recent increment in food prices completely shook my confidence and I was so fearful if I will be able to support my family this month, and your support for ration is a big relief.
