The selection among the contestants of the Reale Immobili - Specchio dei tempi foundation call for tenders to support small businesses in the earthquake-stricken areas of Central Italy ended on June 27th. The requests for funding were 89, all from Arquata del Tronto, Amatrice and Accumoli, that is from the municipalities that had to count deaths in the earthquake of almost 3 years ago. The requests have touched the most varied sectors: from traditional interventions on agriculture or on the reconstruction of activities related to tourism, to particular requests such as those for alpaca farms, for bee hives, for the cultivation of truffles.
We could not reward all the deserving, but we tried to support the 11 winning projects with adequate resources so that they can be quickly implemented. From the data we have gathered, it is clear that the desire to share these territories has been rewarded by Reale Immobili and Specchio dei tempi awarding an overall injection of resources of over 100,000 euros.
Specchio dei tempi continues to support Arquata del Tronto and it's still possible to continue funding our project: there is still a lot of work to do!
