Throughout the continued challenges of the Cost of Living Crisis, we've carried on working hard with volunteers to turn surplus food into hot meals that people from Lambeth, Southwark and Wandsworth can come together over.
During the last three months, more people have discovered our new Community Canteen in Clapham. They've joined us to meet their neighbours, while sharing stories and a three course meal. At the same time, the warm welcome has continued at our Canteens in Elephant and Castle, and Tooting. This even included hosting CREW Energy, a community organisation that provided advice on energy saving, plus gave out lightbulbs and reflective sheets for radiators to our guests.
There have been some wonderful dishes created by all the people who have given up their time to help in our kitchens. We are grateful for all the support and donations we receive, as we continue #EnrichingCommunities
