Over recent months, we have continued to bring people together over a healthy three course meal.
Our Canteens team have continued to work with volunteers to perform miracles in the Clapham, Elephant and Castle, and Tooting kitchens. Three times a week, three course meals are created from surplus food, with the teams creating beautiful dishes that local residents can share, along with a good chat.
We are very grateful to everyone who turns up to chop, stir, bake, serve, and wash up, including more and more corporate companies, who are using their volunteering days to support us. It shows how much people appreciate the work we do.
We also greatly appreciate everyone who makes a donation to support our efforts. However big or small, it makes a real difference to our efforts.
Life isn't getting any easier for those who are struggling with the continued impact of the Cost of Living Crisis. Could you give again, or maybe become a regular donor? Having donations come in every month really helps us with our work across Lambeth, Southwark and Wandsworth.
