Oil Spill Clean-Up on 26 March 2019

We received a report on Tuesday, 26 March 2019 about an oil spill washing up on the beaches at Juara Village in Tioman Island, Malaysia.

Our team on Tioman Island took swift action cleaning up the oil spill with the help of the local community and volunteers! It was hard work and we could not have done it without everyone's help!

Thank you to Barat Dive Centre, Scubadoo, Scuba Ace Tioman, Juara Turtle Project, Pondok Tioman, Rumah Hijau Tioman Juara , Alam Flora Sdn Bhd Juara, Lembaga Pembangunan Tioman, Little Planet, and Marine Parks Division in Pahang.
