Facilitating Action for Community Empowerment (FACE) supported 50 flood-affected households in Mundri West, Western Equatoria state, with emergency relief that included buckets and washing soap. The assistance was aimed at helping families to maintain hygiene and reduce the risk of waterborne diseases after the devastating floods that struck in August 2025. While this support reached a portion of those in need, the situation remains critical as most communities in Mundri West have been severely affected. FACE appeals through GlobalGiving for urgent additional support to expand relief efforts and meet the immediate needs of the many families still struggling to recover
