Dear Patron !
RSKS India family wishes you a Happy Holidays.....
There are many disabled, widow, nomadic, slum dwellers, elderly people etc who are not able to eat proper meal daily due to the poor financial condition of them and their family members. Food is the basic need on any human being and if it is not available to someone then other people from the society should surely provide food to others so that a No Hunger would happen. RSKS India is successfully working for this SDG from the past many years and is either making the people empowered, providing them sustainable livelihood or provide relief to them during any disaster/calamity. In recent, the covid-19 pandemic was the biggest issue for everyone as it snatched away employment of many individuals and also many people have to face the hunger issues.
In this context, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan started Covid-19 Humanitarian Relief under which more than 1000 poor and needy families were identified from more than 55 different rural & slums locations and then they were provided 25 kg ration/grocery items by the RSKS India for ensuring their food security. In this program, these families were identified earlier through the baseline survey and then they were provided the ration/grocery items after which the RSKS team also went to their homes again to take the feedback. It was ensured during the baseline survey that these people were having so much difficulties in having their food security due to many reasons.
Through this Ration/Grocery Kits Distribution program the food security of more than 1000 families or we can say of more than 4000 people got secured. The ration/grocery kit was being loved by all these people as it contained salt, sugar, turmeric powder, chilly powder, flour, rice, oil etc materials which are very essential in the kitchen for preparing food. During the feedback it was found out that 2 month of food security was secured through this humanitarian efforts of the RSKS India team. The whole program was conducted while following the covid-19 safety protocols which hence did not spread the disease. All the people who got ration/grocery kit and their families gave their best wishes to the RSKS Team and the generous donors for their support.
Many Thank You Again!!
