Meet with Bano......!!
My name is Bano (Name Changed) I am a resident of an village. In my family, I have my mother and father, my younger sister. Father and mother was often ill. the entire responsibility of the family fell on me. After which I started searching for employment. At one place I got employment but according to the hard work I could not get the income. That is why I wanted to do self-employment. I was interested in beauty parlor. When I talked to learn beauty parlor training, I was told a lot of training fees which I could not pay.
After some time I came to know that free beauty parlor training will be conducted in our own village by Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan. There was no place for my happiness after hearing this, as if my dream was getting fulfilled. I immediately applied for this training and I took this training for two months with regular 5 hours by maintaining social distance. Manicure, pedicure, facials, haircutting, eyebrows, bridal makeup, etc. were learned by me in the beauty parlor training. The training was practical and theoretical. I was successful in learning the beauty parlor. During my training I received capacity building, life skills, EDP training also from the Master trainer of RSKS India which increased my confidence.
During the training, I started working at home and doing haircutting of the women and girls around, which made me earn some money. Later, using the skills of training, I also gave an interview in a reputed beauty parlor in which I was selected and my dream was also realized. I started getting a salary of 7000 per month from this work, so that my house could run well. There was a sudden positive change in my life which changed my life. All this was possible with the efforts of RSKS Organization. My dream is to open my own beauty parlor. I am trying for that. I thank the organization and the donors.
