Meet with Lada......!!
My name is Lada (Name Changed) and I am 45 years old. I live in a slum away from the city. I have husband and three children in my house. During the rainy season our slum was flooded with water and mosquitoes started sitting here due to a lot of garbage around we couldn't sleep at night because of mosquitoes and children got dengue due to this reason. We had to face a lot of problem.
Meanwhile, awareness program about mosquitoes was organized in our slum by RSKS. The people of our slum actively participated in this program. In the program, the representative of the organization informed us about the diseases caused by mosquitoes and also told about its prevention measures. Mosquito nets were also distributed by the organization in our settlement and I also got mosquito nets.
As soon as I came home, I put a mosquito net in the hut. That night my family slept peacefully. Now we are not afraid of mosquitoes because my family sleeps under the cover of mosquito nets so that mosquitoes do not come. I also cleaned the garbage around the house and also cleaned the dirty water that was in the drain. Now our slum has become clean, for which full credit goes to RSKS. I express my heartfelt gratitude to RSKS Organization due to which my family has been able to be safe from diseases like Dengue and Malaria.
