Respected Donor !
RSKS India Family wishes you a Happy #GivingTuesday!
Children's day is celebrated across India to increase awareness about the rights, education, and welfare of children. But there are many children living at slums or streets who do not know the importance of festival and even do not know about this social day. There are also the school children who know about this day but do not know about the importance of this day. This day must be special for the children and they should feel immense pleasure and happiness on this day.
In order to provide knowledge to slum, street and rural children about Children Day and to celebrate Children Day, RSKS India organized Children Day festival celebration at 2 schools and 1 slum/street location with approx 500 children. In this celebration program, cultural activities, paint and colour activities, sports activities etc were organized and all the children participated enthusiastically in all these activities. Also RSKS India gave prizes to the winners of all these activities so that their confidence and participation could increase. RSKS India also motivated all these children about education as education is the only thing which can make the bright future of these children as it is said "Padhega India Tabhi To Aaage Badhega India". Also the importance of this festival and why it is celebrated was also told to these children. The support of school administration and the slum/street community people was very helpful during the program.
RSKS India's efforts with these children on this Children's Day surely made the day of these children. The slum, street and rural children got to know about the importance of this festival and also were able to celebrate this festival with RSKS team and their friends. These children were able to know the importance of education for themselves and for the nation. The prizes given to these children surely increased their confidence and there will be increase in the participation of children in cultural activities, paint and colour activities, sports activities etc. The school administration and the slum/street community people appraised the program.
Once again thank you so much for your valuable Support.
Many Regards
Team RSKS India
