Food Relief to Folk Artist.....

RSKS India Family and the beneficiaries wish you and your family "Merry Christmas" !!

Artists are the one who truly depend on their art/skill for their livelihood. We are talking about the artists like Rajasthan folk singer, rajasthani folk dancers, idol makers, dolls makers etc. These people are those who truly depend on their art/skill for their survival and most of us know the corona pandemic snatched away their source of earning as they used to sell or perform in the festivals, occasions, marriages etc but due to covid-19 lockdown in every part of the nation, these people were unable to earn anything. These people do not work whole year they have to work hard in the festive seasons but due to the lockdown they were not able to do anything in the festive seasons too. So it didn't ended well for these people as they started facing food shortages.

Looking at this harsh condition of these Rajasthani folk singers, rajasthani folk dancers, idol makers, dolls makers etc, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan organized Ration/Grocery kit and hygiene kit distribution program to hundreds of rajasthani folk singer, rajasthani folk dancers, idol makers, dolls makers etc. This program was conducted in order to ensure the food security of these artists and their families and provide them time so that they can find some new employment. These artists were being identified by the RSKS team earlier the distribution. The distribution work was done while following all the covid-19 safety protocols and while maintaining the social distancing.

All of these artists including Rajasthan folk singer, rajasthani folk dancers, idol makers, dolls makers etc. were very happy after getting the ration/grocery and hygiene kit as they needed it the most. Because of this ration/grocery kit these people and their families will be able to eat two times meal for 4 to 5 weeks and also through the hygiene kit provided by the RSKS India team, these people will be able to protect themselves and their family from the novel corona virus. The well maintained distribution program was successful without any worries and everyone co-operated very well. These artists now have time to find new employment so that they could earn for their livelihood.
