Collecting Feedback for Betterment....

It is being said that to ask someone about the work you have done for them is very good as through this you will be able to know about their reviews towards your work. RSKS India has been dealing with a lot of variety of people and is successfully implementing so many programs. One of those programs was the ration and grocery and hygiene kit distribution program. In this program many thousands deprived and marginalized families were given ration and grocery kit and hygiene kit for free but what were their views to all this or we can say what were their feedback to the whole program?

In order to know this, RSKS India team members visited the house of the beneficiaries on a random basis and asked the family members as well as the beneficiary about the ration and grocery kit and hygiene kit being provided by RSKS India under the ration and grocery and hygiene kit distribution program of RSKS India. The family members and the beneficiary gave all the answers to the questionnaire of RSKS India and told about their views toward the program. RSKS team members then also asked these people about the quality of the materials being provided by the organization and how useful they are for your family. The beneficiary and their family members were very happy with all this and told the truth about everything.

RSKS India team members got very much encouraged after taking feedback randomly from different beneficiary as these positive feedbacks from the beneficiary gave a new energy to the whole team. Feedback not only helps in improvements of the program it is also very necessary for the team to understand more better about the work they are doing. All the small things in the feedback helps the RSKS India to determine the impact achieved through the program. The support of the beneficiaries and their family members while taking the feedback strengthen the bond in between.
